The two services are complementary but serve very different client needs.
How do you charge for your services?
We typically work on a fixed-fee project basis, scoped upfront so you always know what you're committing to. For longer-term advisory or retained work, we offer monthly retainer arrangements. We don't charge by the hour and we don't inflate scope. Our incentive is to deliver outcomes, not billable time.
Can you help with both strategy and implementation?
Yes, and we think that distinction matters. We're practitioners, not theorists.
