Fin-Pro is a specialist fintech and payments consultancy. We were founded by practitioners — people who have held senior roles at payment networks, acquiring banks, and leading fintechs — specifically because we kept seeing the same problem: clients receiving generic strategic advice from firms that didn't understand the operational, regulatory, and commercial realities of the payments industry.
We built Fin-Pro to be different. Every engagement is led by people who have actually operated in this space: negotiated scheme agreements, built PSP licensing programmes, designed payment architectures, and managed acquiring relationships. We are vendor-agnostic. We have no commercial relationships with PSPs, gateways, or technology providers that might influence our recommendations. When we recommend a partner or provider, it is because it is genuinely the right fit for the client — not because it generates a referral fee for us. That independence is the foundation of the trust our clients place in us.
We don't produce strategy decks and hand them over. We produce strategies that are designed to be executed, and we regularly support clients through the implementation phase — whether that means managing an acquirer RFP, supporting a licence application, or guiding a technical integration. Our engagements are measured by outcomes, not deliverables.
The payments industry has a tendency to mystify itself. Complex regulations, opaque fee structures, and impenetrable technical jargon are often used — consciously or not — to keep clients dependent on advisors. We do the opposite.
